Age Friendly Communites application for Shire of Denmark WA -Commisioned to write funding submission to WA Department for Communities to progress ‘ageing well’ concept in the town and surrounds (2010)

* Facilitator and grant writer - Great Southern Aboriginal Health Plan COAG, ‘Closing the Gap’ National Partnerships Agreement submission January 2010 – workshop facilitation, research and writing final submission. $4,255,697 (2010)* Senior Project Officer - Denmark Health Facility Transition for Western Australian Country Health Service (responsible for strategic and HR planning towards moving the old facility to the new site in Scotsdale Rd, Denmark, Western Australia) - 2009

* Denmark Healthy Community Project Manager funded by HealthWay in conjunction with the Denmark Shire and Denmark District Hospital. It aims at building community capacity to promote health and address issues that impact negatively on health and well-being. healthycommunity.denmark.org.au

* RRR Network Reference Group Member representing the Great Southern www.rrr.wa.gov.au Communities for Children (C4C) Interagency Collaboration Scoping Exercise for the Smith Family’s major project at Mirrabooka in Perth WA aimed at developing responsive early years services through a community development approach, creating a positive and sustainable future for children and families within the community.
